Workplace

If you’re an owner, manager or human resources professional looking to protect your employees and clients, our self-defense training in workplace settings provides a solution that fits all.

This is not a typical “self-defense” course. This course will give you the steps to be prepared with the right skills and confidence, so that when the time comes, you can step up and defend yourself. We focus on workplace violence, employee conflict and disgruntled employees. You will learn how to prevent violent incidents with proper awareness in everyday situations at work. Learn the skills to de-escalate the situation or create an escape plan if needed.

What does Komainu City mean?

The Komainu are statue pairs that guard entrances. They take the form of lion-like creatures, one with a mouth open while the other is closed. The Komainu are believed to ward off evil spirits and protect properties.
